BIOTIC CONDITIONS

Rodents abundance evaluation:

low

Breeding conditions:

The area was visited again between 6-10 July, and both visits left an impression of very low rodent numbers. Predators were not recorded. Generally, the season was probably successful for waders and small passerines. Broods of Greenshanks and Ruffs were observed on marshes, as well as many nests with chicks of Dusky Thrushes.
